BOUNDARIES AND BORDERS

The beginning of this three year process was a solitary walk in the garden of an old friend. I came across a large monolithic stone structure, which it turns out was a section of the Berlin wall. It had been retired to a beautifully peaceful bit of countryside, underneath a wise old oak tree.
